15-Day Fjords & Highlands Cruise

Well, it took me long enough, but I'm finally getting around to posting my first post to the "CruiseLines" blog. It's so hard to prime the pump. But I think this should get the ball rolling. Er, I mean, the water flowing. (Don't wanna mix too many metaphors.)

Holland America Lines hit me with a great product: a trans-Atlantic, 15-day Fjords and Highlands cruise out of New York to Rotterdam via Halifax, St. Pierre, St. John's (Newfoundland), Belfast, Liverpool, Dunmore East (Waterford, Ireland), Plymouth, Le Havre, and Dover (London). The cruise leaves New York on 16 May 2009 aboard the ms Rotterdam, which I've had the pleasure of sailing on once before. (Honestly, it is one of the most beautiful ships I've been on, and I've been on dozens.)

Those of you who have sailed HAL before know about their legendary quality of service and cuisine, so I don't have to blab on about that. For those who haven't had the pleasure, well, you won't be disappointed.
